THE BEST PUERTO PRINCESA 3-DAY TOUR PACKAGE

Updated: Dec 23, 2019

The City in the Forest.

We had amazing time in Puerto Princesa as Noel and I have experienced a romantic and great adventurous getaway. It was love at first sight on the night that I met Puerto Princesa. I felt like we were just in Tagaytay when we are approaching restaurants, coffee shops and the trees lighted up along the road. Then, in the morning when we woke up, my heart takes all the blue skies and tropical hues from the balcony of our room. We are lucky because it was like a dream that came true about summer in August when monsoon recently strikes in Manila and its nearby provinces.

Day 1. We started to the most important part, the Underground River on first day. I was told by our tour guide that this is a must-see and your Palawan trip will not be completed if you missed our very own natural world heritage site and one of the new 7 wonders of the world nature. If you are in the mood for adventure, you can also take your pick of snorkeling, zip-lining and paddling. But we opted just chilling out together when we do nothing at all.

Day 2. This is also going to show how many options in our island-hopping for swimming in colourful beaches, blue-green translucent and salty water on second day. We chase in and out of the water, we have sandy feet and soaked clothes after all. I love how the island burst with colour, vibrant and they are so alive. All island is worth posting on Instagram.

We were able to snorkel and play with different sort of colourful fishes in the Starfish Island, the first of the three island and my most favourite part by far. I left my heart somewhere in the middle of this place.

Day 3. When I thought we have seen it all, two days later and the last day of our itinerary, we visit the main city. We explore Crocodile Farm and Nature Park, Rancho Mitra and the popular Baker’s Hills with their best hopia (moon cake-like) by far is in this place! We did not dare to eat Tamilok (woodworms) and Crocodile though.

I hope that it will transport you to a paradise that dubbed as the ‘City in the Forest’ in the last frontier island of the Philippines, so you are able to smell, taste and feel the beauty of our one of the best destinations.
